Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of beverage service and mixology
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Responsible alcohol service and adherence to state and local laws
- Friendly and outgoing personality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktail preparation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in food and beverage service
- Strong customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately
- Guide guests through the beverage menu including beers on tap and hand-crafted cocktails
- Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area in compliance with health regulations
- Provide attentive and friendly service to ensure excellent guest experience
- Manage bar inventory and restock as needed
- Comply with all safety and licensing laws related to alcohol service
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience and encourage repeat visits
