Job Requirements
- Be 21 years or older
- have prior bar service experience
- possess ServeSafe Alcohol Certification preferred
- reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required
- reliable transportation
- high school degree or GED preferred
- ability to build relationships
- ability to work well in a team
- ability to follow instructions
- professional communication skills
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- physical ability to perform all job tasks
- ability to work in fast-paced and noisy environments
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Serves food and drinks to guests in a courteous and timely manner
- mixes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to brand recipes
- interacts verbally with bar guests to create a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
- greets guests and answers questions, making suggestions regarding food and drinks
- completes assigned opening and closing side work
- slices fruit and vegetable garnishes
- presents guest checks and handles cash or credit transactions
- processes employee and manager food orders through point-of-sale system
- relays food orders to kitchen accurately and timely
- manages alcohol service according to laws and company policies
- participates in clearing and resetting the bar
- occasionally serves guests via Carside To-Go service
- maintains a clean and organized work environment
- explains and demonstrates usage of Tabletop Electronic Devices
- uses suggestive selling techniques to drive sales and enhance customer experience
- participates in local store marketing to increase bar traffic
- removes trash and garbage from bar service area
