Job Requirements

  • Able to communicate speak, read, and write in English
  • legal age in the state to serve alcohol
  • authorized to work in the United States
  • excellent customer service and people skills
  • in-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
  • strong attention to detail
  • high energy levels
  • ability to work in a team
  • excellent verbal communication
  • able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
  • able to move items up to 50 lbs for distances up to 25 feet
  • able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift
  • able to hear, understand and respond to requests in a loud environment
  • able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures below 0 F and above 90 F throughout the shift

Job Duties

  • Roll clean silverware for service
  • remove dirty utensils, plates, drinks from bar
  • clean and reset bar after guests leave
  • sweep bar area, take out trash, and fulfill any cleaning tasks necessary
  • assist guests from beginning to end of dining experience
  • escalate guest issues to management and resolve problems constructively
  • communicate well with teammates to ensure guest needs are met
  • legally serve and pour alcohol according to state laws
  • read recipes and make drinks according to standards
  • help with food running
  • adhere to health and safety regulations
  • follow manager directions throughout a shift
  • interact with guests and support their needs
