Job Requirements

  • Meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend reach stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and ability to multitask

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending or related customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
  • Team player with attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain a friendly and positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and restock drinks mixes and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest sales of drinks appetizers and desserts
  • Prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe glassware and garnish
  • Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • Ensure customers are well attended to offer drink refills and clear away unused items
  • Deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner thank customers and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety rules
