Job Description
In this role, you will work directly in the bar area, interacting with guests to create a warm and welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks following company recipes and presentation standards. You will assist guests with menu selections, taking orders timely and attentively to ensure their satisfaction. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Age 21 or older as required by law for serving alcoholic beverages
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitary regulations
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in bartending or guest services preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Knowledge of drink recipes and alcohol safety regulations
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service

Job Duties
- Mixing garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant
- Helping guests be aware of and choose menu items taking orders and making guests feel taken care of during their visit
- Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
- Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
- Assisting in tasks to ensure a stocked sanitized and safe restaurant
