Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in bartending or a similar role preferred
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be of legal drinking age according to state laws
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must adhere to health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Knowledge of drink mixing and garnishing techniques
Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
Basic math skills for handling transactions
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant
Help guests be aware of and choose menu items
Take orders and make guests feel taken care of during their visit
Keep the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
Adhere to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
Assist in tasks to ensure a stocked, sanitized and safe restaurant
