Job Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years
Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending experience preferred
Knowledge of beverage recipes and mixing techniques
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes
Greet guests with genuine hospitality and provide exceptional customer service
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar area and equipment
Ensure team member and guest touch points are regularly disinfected
Monitor inventory and restock supplies as necessary
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment
Adhere to all safety and health regulations at all times
