Job Requirements
- be of legal age to serve alcohol according to state law
- speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location
- perform simple mathematical calculations and handle money
- basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- ability to remain stationary for long periods of up to 10 hours
- able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- communicate effectively with guests

- obtain shift information from management

Job Qualifications
- minimum 18 years of age or legal age to serve alcohol
- basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits

- ability to memorize floor charts, table numbers, and steps of service
Job Duties
- greet customers and learn about their preferences
- answer questions and recommend menu items
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes
- maintain cleanliness and stock of the bar area
- communicate effectively with guests to ensure satisfaction
- handle payment processing including cash and credit card transactions
- complete side work and closing duties as assigned by management
