Job Requirements

Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, squat and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
ability to comply with food safety policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
basic math skills for handling transactions
knowledge of food safety standards

Job Duties

Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
suggest selling beverages, appetizers, and desserts
prepare all drinks according to standards using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them correctly into the POS system
ensure guests are well attended to, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank guests and invite them to return
follow all food safety regulations
