Excellent guest relations skills
High school diploma and additional training in bartending preferred
Minimum of one year experience
Previous experience handling money and operating point of sales processing systems

Job Duties

Create made-to-order alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Assist guests in food and beverage selections
Operate state-of-the-art point of sale systems
Communicate effectively with front and back-of-house team members
Set up and stock bar products for each shift
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar equipment
Implement inventory controls and comply with liquor laws
