Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending or customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of alcohol service laws and responsible selling practices
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Assist in the training and development of new team members
- cooperate, communicate and work effectively within the team
- handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- practice responsible selling and service of alcohol in compliance with licensing authorities and training guidelines
- accept and facilitate To-Go orders via phone or online and ensure timely execution
- oversee security and proper lock up of bar products
- maintain a professional image and uniform standards
- ensure frequent guest contact and provide attentive customer service
- inquire about guest dining experience and involve management when necessary
- thank guests sincerely for their patronage
- maintain high level of food and beverage knowledge
- prepare beverages according to recipe using appropriate products and glassware
- monitor and maintain stock levels as specified by supervisors
- use standard recipes and methods for consistency
- promote and implement ongoing and upcoming promotions
- adhere to cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with Boston's and local health department guidelines
- practice proper food safety including time and temperature control, personal hygiene, and cross-contamination prevention
- ensure proper labeling, dating, rotation, and adherence to shelf-life standards
- follow checklists and cleaning schedules for a safe dining environment
- maintain bar equipment according to cleaning and maintenance schedules
