Job Requirements

  • Must be TABC certified
  • Servsafe or similar Food Handler's Certificate may be required depending upon store location
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization within bar and lounge areas
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to follow detailed service steps and protocols
  • Capable of working flexible schedules
  • Proficiency with Aloha Point of Sale system preferred

Job Qualifications

  • TABC certification
  • Servsafe or similar Food Handler's Certificate may be required depending upon store location
  • Previous experience in bartending or a similar hospitality role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems

Job Duties

  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the bar and lounge areas
  • Ensure all necessary items are stocked, including beer, wine, liquor, garnishes, plate ware, silverware and glassware
  • Suggestively sell guests appropriate food and beverage items using menus and Bar 79 promotional materials
  • Utilize and follow Perry's Restaurants' 40 steps of service to ensure all guests have an enjoyable and complete dining experience
  • Properly enter and order all food and beverage items into the Aloha Point of Sale system
