Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role
- knowledge of drink mixing and beverage preparation
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- cash handling experience
- ability to stand for long periods
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications

- previous bartending experience preferred
- strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Guides the guest through the dining experience by helping with selection of food and beverage
- enhances each guest's experience by suggesting courses, specialties and features
- has a strong knowledge of menu items and preparations
- takes orders of guests both in house and over the phone and conveys to the bar and/or kitchen
- prompt delivery of food and drink to each guest
- communicates well with other servers, kitchen staff, and all management throughout shift
- prepares mixed drinks, wine, and beer for bar patrons
