Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Ability to stand for long periods up to four hours
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently
- Ability to reach, bend, and stoop safely
- Ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively
- Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks
- Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- Commitment to frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap
Job Qualifications
- At least 21 years old per state law
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Prior bartending or related experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow established drink preparation standards
- Commitment to teamwork and excellent customer service
- Basic knowledge of health and safety protocols
Job Duties
- Mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standards
- Provide friendly service to staff and customers
- Collaborate with servers to ensure excellent drink delivery
- Create a positive and engaging bar experience
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the bar area
- Lift and transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room and kitchen
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
