Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
Strong teamwork skills with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of drink mixing and bartending techniques
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties

Greet customers warmly as they are seated
Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening
Restock drinks, mixers, and garnishes as needed
Recommend beverages, appetizers, and desserts to customers
Prepare all drinks according to standard recipes using appropriate glassware and garnishes
Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
Ensure customers are well attended to, offer refills, remove unused items
Promptly deliver and settle customer bills, thank customers and invite them to return
Follow all food safety regulations
