Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- Strong teamwork skills with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of drink mixing and bartending techniques
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly as they are seated
- Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening
- Restock drinks, mixers, and garnishes as needed
- Recommend beverages, appetizers, and desserts to customers
- Prepare all drinks according to standard recipes using appropriate glassware and garnishes
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- Ensure customers are well attended to, offer refills, remove unused items
- Promptly deliver and settle customer bills, thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
