Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • Strong teamwork skills with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of drink mixing and bartending techniques
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly as they are seated
  • Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening
  • Restock drinks, mixers, and garnishes as needed
  • Recommend beverages, appetizers, and desserts to customers
  • Prepare all drinks according to standard recipes using appropriate glassware and garnishes
  • Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
  • Ensure customers are well attended to, offer refills, remove unused items
  • Promptly deliver and settle customer bills, thank customers and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety regulations
