Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Minimum one year of previous restaurant server experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing
Courteous, friendly and professional demeanor required
Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays
Demonstrated high level of organization, cleanliness and sense-of-urgency

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company recipes and standards
Ensuring guest satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Operating bar equipment safely and efficiently
Managing cash and processing payment transactions accurately
Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing supplies as needed
Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies
