Job Requirements
- Must be over 21 years old
- high school completion or equivalent certification
- proficiency in the use of computer business applications with working knowledge of computerized point of sales (POS) systems
- familiarity with Micros systems
- working knowledge of cocktail preparation is preferred
- ability to comply with company health and safety requirements
- ability to communicate clearly verbally and written with customers, employees and management
- ability to work in a team environment
- available to work any shift
- minimum of 3 years experience in positions involving cocktail beverage preparation and serving
- current TAPs card is required
- must have a valid Alaska Food Handlers card
- must be eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school completion or equivalent certification
- proficiency in the use of computer business applications with working knowledge of computerized point of sales (POS) systems
- working knowledge of cocktail preparation
- well versed in mixing drinks, shots and basic beer and wine knowledge
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- current TAPs card
- valid Alaska Food Handlers card
- minimum of 3 years experience in cocktail beverage preparation and serving
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to our patrons
- perform a variety of routine beverage preparation tasks at the start, end and throughout their shift
- process beverage and food orders and process customer payments
- prepare orders and serve customers
- work collaboratively as team players
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
