Job Requirements

  • Must be over 21 years old
  • high school completion or equivalent certification
  • proficiency in the use of computer business applications with working knowledge of computerized point of sales (POS) systems
  • familiarity with Micros systems
  • working knowledge of cocktail preparation is preferred
  • ability to comply with company health and safety requirements
  • ability to communicate clearly verbally and written with customers, employees and management
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • available to work any shift
  • minimum of 3 years experience in positions involving cocktail beverage preparation and serving
  • current TAPs card is required
  • must have a valid Alaska Food Handlers card
  • must be eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school completion or equivalent certification
  • proficiency in the use of computer business applications with working knowledge of computerized point of sales (POS) systems
  • working knowledge of cocktail preparation
  • well versed in mixing drinks, shots and basic beer and wine knowledge
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • current TAPs card
  • valid Alaska Food Handlers card
  • minimum of 3 years experience in cocktail beverage preparation and serving

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service to our patrons
  • perform a variety of routine beverage preparation tasks at the start, end and throughout their shift
  • process beverage and food orders and process customer payments
  • prepare orders and serve customers
  • work collaboratively as team players
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards
