Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Previous experience in bartending or related hospitality roles preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to follow safety and operational procedures
- Must comply with identification verification requirements for alcoholic beverage service

Job Duties
- Make personal connections with guests to create loyalty through engaging conversations
- Participate in Mystery Shop, GEM and BARS program
- Follow company standard operating procedures for BARS program including checking guests identification
- Read and organize tickets to quickly and accurately serve guests and manage large crowds
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standards and specifications
- Maintain service, cleanliness, and operational responsibilities including bussing, resetting bar, restocking caddies, cleaning menus
- Stock bar and refill ice bins
- Remove debris and spills from floor in assigned section
- Replace kegs and restock bottle beer and alcohol
- Monitor and manage bar inventory and cost control measures
- Prepare, wash, and sterilize stemware, glassware, and garnishes
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and prepare beverages for guests and servers
- Collect and accurately process guest payments
- Limit problems related to customer excessive drinking by taking appropriate precautions
- Maintain clean and sanitary bar area and equipment
- Support opening and closing duties as per FOH policy
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
