Job Requirements

Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
minimum 1 year of closely related bartending experience
knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits and their preparation and presentation
ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents
ability to interact with customers and coworkers enthusiastically
cash handling experience preferred
frequently immersed hands in water and cleaning solutions
willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
availability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
requires at least 1 year of bartending experience, preferably in a high volume or fast casual dining environment
knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits preparation and presentation
ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
strong communication skills including reading and comprehension
cash handling and customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

Greet customers and take food orders
provide information about products and suggest additional items to up-sell
follow recipes and product directions for mixing beverages
collect payments and operate cash registers while adhering to cash handling policies
ensure a clean, sanitized and well-stocked bar
follow alcohol awareness procedures and manage intoxicated guests responsibly
communicate ticket times and issues to management and servers
