Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Some bartending experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication abilities
Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
Physical ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and customer requests
Provide outstanding customer service in a high-volume sports bar environment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Handle cash and process payments accurately
Monitor customer behavior for signs of intoxication and act responsibly
Assist with inventory control and restocking of bar supplies
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during shifts
