- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a bartending or similar role preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Strong customer service orientation

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes
- Provide genuine hospitality and exceptional guest service
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of guest and team member touch points
- Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings and continually improve cocktail preparation skills
- Monitor and manage bar inventory and supplies
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in beverage preparation and service
- Collaborate with team members to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
