Job Requirements

Minimum age of 21
Prior bartending experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Excellent customer service skills
Compliance with state and local alcohol and food handling laws
Ability to obtain certification during training if needed

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
Knowledge of beverage preparation and bar equipment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Certified in state or local alcohol service requirements is a plus
Age 21 or older as required by Virginia state law

Job Duties

Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests
Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
Follow all state and local alcohol service laws and company policies
Assist with food service within the bar area
Ensure accurate handling of cash and payments
