Job Requirements

  • No formal education requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must obtain valid food handler's card
  • For Oregon locations, must obtain OLCC Liquor permit within 30 days of hire
  • Able to stand for entire shift
  • Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
  • Ability to bend, kneel and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required
  • Able to operate blenders, frozen drink machines and other bar equipment
  • Transports and carries objects up to 15 pounds on a regular basis
  • Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant
  • Must obtain or possess and/or obtain a valid food handler's card prior to employment
  • In Oregon must obtain OLCC Liquor permit within 30 days of hire
  • Must be 21 years of age

Job Duties

  • Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and fruit juice to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Interacts verbally with all bar guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
  • Serves food and drinks to all bar guests
  • Completes assigned opening and closing side work
  • Slices fruit and vegetable garnishes for drinks
  • Presents guest checks to bar patrons
  • makes change and/or completes any necessary charge card transactions
  • Processes employee and/or manager food orders
  • Relays food orders to kitchen via the point-of-sale computerized register system
  • Completes extra cleaning tasks as assigned
