Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work well in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- Experience in bartending or related hospitality roles preferred
- knowledge of standard drink recipes and beverage preparation
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- basic math and cash handling skills
- attention to detail
Job Duties
- Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and restock drinks, mixers, and garnishes as needed
- suggest the sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnishes
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- ensure customers are well served, offer drink refills and clear any unused items
- deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
