Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • ability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • ability to work well in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in bartending or related hospitality roles preferred
  • knowledge of standard drink recipes and beverage preparation
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • basic math and cash handling skills
  • attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and restock drinks, mixers, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest the sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnishes
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • ensure customers are well served, offer drink refills and clear any unused items
  • deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
