Job Requirements

  • Must be at least twenty-one years of age
  • Two years of recent bartending experience in a reputable establishment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Certification in safe alcohol service such as ServSafe Alcohol or TIPS preferred
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for entire work shifts and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Compliance with safety and health standards including the Colorado Limited Gaming Act

  • Demonstrated bartending experience in a reputable establishment
  • Strong customer service skills, enabling effective interaction and connection with patrons
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail, prioritizing tasks, and delivering exceptional service even under pressure
  • Willingness to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in the hospitality industry
  • Two years of recent experience bartending in a reputable establishment, showcasing proficiency in creating a wide variety of cocktails and beverages
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with customers, take orders, and collaborate effectively with colleagues using English
  • Must be at least twenty-one years of age
  • Possession of relevant certifications, such as ServSafe Alcohol, TIPS, or equivalent, is an added advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of mixology, encompassing a comprehensive understanding of various spirits, ingredients, and techniques

Job Duties

  • Create a diverse array of meticulously handcrafted cocktails, mocktails, and other specialty beverages using top-notch ingredients, techniques, and garnishes
  • Provide exemplary customer service by warmly greeting guests, engaging in friendly and professional conversations, and understanding their preferences
  • Efficiently and accurately take drink orders, prepare them promptly, and serve beverages with keen attention to detail and presentation
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of both classic and contemporary mixology, encompassing various spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and other ingredients
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized bar area, ensuring that all glassware, utensils, and bar tools are sanitized and readily available
  • Possess certification in safe alcohol service training
  • Collaborate closely with fellow team members, such as servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience
  • Accurately process customer payments, handle cash responsibly, and maintain a secure cash register
  • Wears and maintains all uniforms properly, including nametag
  • Provides quality customer service by answering questions to encourage guests to purchase bar and restaurant services
  • Monitors guests for intoxication
  • If applicable, discontinue alcohol sales and inform security and immediate supervisor
  • Alerts supervisor and security regarding guests who may be difficult or possibly violent
  • Develops, maintains, and enhances positive relations with all guests and employees
  • Performs all duties in compliance with safety standards, health standards, the Colorado Limited Gaming Act, and internal policies and procedures
  • Alerts supervisor of any concerns regarding the quality, selection, and variety of all beverages, food, and equipment
  • Regular and reliable attendance is a fundamental requirement of this position
  • Employees are expected to be punctual and consistently present during their scheduled work hours to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the business
  • Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed and directed
