Job Requirements
- Must be at least twenty-one years of age
- Two years of recent bartending experience in a reputable establishment
- Relevant certification such as ServSafe Alcohol or TIPS is an advantage
- Ability to stand and perform physical activities for entire shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain safety and hygiene standards
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Reliable and punctual attendance

Job Duties
- Create a diverse array of meticulously handcrafted cocktails, mocktails, and other specialty beverages using top-notch ingredients, techniques, and garnishes
- Continuously introduce fresh and captivating drink concoctions
- Provide exemplary customer service by warmly greeting guests, engaging in friendly and professional conversations, and understanding their preferences
- Offer recommendations based on their tastes, ensuring a personalized and delightful experience
- Efficiently and accurately take drink orders, prepare them promptly, and serve beverages with keen attention to detail and presentation
- Ensure all orders align with company standards and meet specific customer requests
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of both classic and contemporary mixology, encompassing various spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and other ingredients
- Stay updated on emerging industry trends and new techniques
- Maintain a clean and well-organized bar area, ensuring that all glassware, utensils, and bar tools are sanitized and readily available
- Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols, including proper ingredient handling and storage
- Possess certification in safe alcohol service training
- Collaborate closely with fellow team members, such as servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience
- Provide support during peak business hours and assist in other areas of the establishment as necessary
- Accurately process customer payments, handle cash responsibly, and maintain a secure cash register
- Keep records of sales, tips, and inventory to facilitate effective management and financial transparency
- Wear and maintain all uniforms properly, including nametag
- Provide quality customer service by answering questions to encourage guests to purchase bar and restaurant services
- Monitor guests for intoxication
- Discontinue alcohol sales if applicable and inform security and immediate supervisor
- Alert supervisor and security regarding guests who may be difficult or possibly violent
- Develop, maintain, and enhance positive relations with all guests and employees
- Perform all duties in compliance with safety standards, health standards, the Colorado Limited Gaming Act, and internal policies and procedures
- Alert supervisor of any concerns regarding the quality, selection, and variety of beverages, food, and equipment
- Ensure regular and reliable attendance, being punctual and consistently present during scheduled work hours
- Perform other duties, including special projects, as needed and directed
