Must be of legal drinking age
Possess any required certifications or licenses for bartending
Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner
Maintain a clean and organized bar area ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Engage with guests to provide personalized service and recommend drinks based on preferences
Manage cash register and process payments accurately
Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of products
Follow all legal and company policies regarding alcohol service and responsible beverage service
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar and overall guest satisfaction
