Job Requirements
- minimum of 1 year bartending experience
- flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays
- valid alcohol certification
- ability to follow recipes, including measuring and mixing ingredients
- ability to prepare ingredients for service, including cutting, peeling, stuffing
- ability to label and stock all bar ingredients and garnishes so they are organized and easily accessible
- ability to operate equipment and bladed tools following safety standards
- ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
- elevated knowledge of wine, spirits and beer
- experience serving food
- ability to describe and make menu recommendations
- highly developed interpersonal skills
- basic bookkeeping knowledge
- working knowledge of point-of-sale systems
- high level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods
- maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
- executing opening and closing procedures
- must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
