- Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Demonstrated excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proven problem-solving skills
- State Alcohol Certification required or ability to obtain one
- State Food Handlers Certification required or ability to obtain one

Job Duties
- Serve beverages and food accurately and consistently to guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Prepare beverages accurately and consistently for other servers
- Act as cashier for the outlet and service staff when needed
- Maintain existing business relationships
- Coordinate groups, events, and hotel food and beverage services with all hotel departments
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through timely service
- Represent the Restaurant and Hotel with professionalism
