Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a bartender in a high-volume setting
  • flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays
  • valid alcohol certification
  • following recipes including measuring and mixing ingredients
  • preparing ingredients for service including cutting, peeling, stuffing
  • labeling and stocking all bar ingredients and garnishes so they are organized and easily accessible
  • operating equipment and bladed tools following safety standards
  • ability to effectively communicate in English verbal and written
  • elevated knowledge of wine, spirits and beer
  • experience serving food
  • ability to describe and make menu recommendations
  • highly developed interpersonal skills
  • basic bookkeeping knowledge
  • working knowledge of point-of-sale systems
  • high level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods
  • maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
  • executing opening and closing procedures
  • must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
