Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year bartending or relevant service experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Create excellent drinks consistently while delivering warm, confident hospitality at the bar
- Manage bar top with professionalism and awareness, maintaining speed and accuracy during peak hours
- Take ownership of setup, cleanliness, organization, and breakdown
- Follow recipes and portion standards, reduce waste, monitor inventory, and communicate needs proactively
- Work closely with servers and kitchen to keep service flowing and uphold safety, cleanliness, and guest experience standards
