Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year bartending or relevant service experience
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Create excellent drinks consistently while delivering warm, confident hospitality at the bar
  • Manage bar top with professionalism and awareness, maintaining speed and accuracy during peak hours
  • Take ownership of setup, cleanliness, organization, and breakdown
  • Follow recipes and portion standards, reduce waste, monitor inventory, and communicate needs proactively
  • Work closely with servers and kitchen to keep service flowing and uphold safety, cleanliness, and guest experience standards
