Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to follow detailed checklists and standard operating procedures
Job Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, beers, frozen drinks, and wines
- Ability to engage with guests enthusiastically and professionally
- Excellent communication skills
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment for prolonged periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Experience in hospitality or bartending preferred
- Knowledge of sanitation and food handling procedures
Job Duties
- Greet all guests quickly with enthusiasm and friendliness
- Prepare cocktails with strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, beers, frozen drinks and wines
- Answer guest questions about food, beverages, and facilities accurately and in a friendly manner
- Maintain a friendly and upbeat attitude at all times
- Develop and maintain relationships with guests, both new and regulars
- Maintain a professional appearance and work ethic
- Communicate with staff and management to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow checklists and standard operating procedures
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area
- Report to work as scheduled, in uniform, and ready
- Perform duties as assigned
- Increase knowledge of food, beverages, and other products and services
- Ensure guests have a positive and memorable experience
- Responsible for constant sanitation, organization, and proper food handling
- Prepare work area for opening, mid-shift, or closing in accordance with company standards
