Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
Ability to stand and work for long periods
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to follow checklists and standard operating procedures
Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Job Qualifications

Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, beers, frozen drinks and wines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for prolonged periods
Experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred

Job Duties

Greet all guests quickly with enthusiasm and friendliness
Have a strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, beers, frozen drinks and wines
Answer guest questions about food, beverages, and facilities accurately and in a friendly manner
Maintain a friendly and upbeat attitude at all times
Develop and maintain relationships with guests, both new and regulars
Provide the highest level of service in accordance with Whetstone Station standards
Maintain a professional appearance at all times
