Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a bartending or customer service role preferred
- Valid bartending license or certification if required by local regulations
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems

Job Duties
- Prepare alcoholic beverages for patrons according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Prepare non-alcoholic beverages and specialty drinks
- Assess customer needs and make beverage recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Interact with patrons in a friendly and professional manner
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations
