Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience
  • knowledge of mixology and cocktail crafting
  • strong guest service skills
  • proficiency with POS systems and cash handling
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • able to lift up to 30 lbs
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must have or be able to obtain alcohol service certification

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a luxury resort, high-end restaurant, or craft cocktail bar
  • knowledge of mixology, cocktail crafting, wine, and beer pairings
  • strong guest service skills with a professional and engaging demeanor
  • ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
  • proficiency with POS systems and cash handling
  • understanding of alcohol safety regulations and responsible serving practices
  • must possess or be able to obtain alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol)
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by resort operations

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve craft cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages according to resort standards
  • deliver exceptional guest service, engaging with guests to provide recommendations and a memorable experience
  • maintain a clean and organized bar, ensuring all bar tools, ingredients, and garnishes are stocked and prepped
  • adhere to all alcohol service laws and safety regulations, ensuring responsible service
  • process guest orders, payments, and transactions accurately using the POS system
  • assist in creating seasonal cocktail menus, sourcing ingredients, and recommending new drink concepts
  • collaborate with the culinary team and servers to ensure smooth food and beverage service
