Job Requirements
- Must have or ability to obtain an Alaska Food Handler's Card
- Must have a valid alcohol safety card for the State of Alaska
- Minimum age of 21 years required to serve alcohol in Alaska
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- Minimum age of 18 years required to reside in company housing
- Participate in HAP's sustainability program including recycling and waste reduction
- Participate in HAP's safety culture for a safe workplace
- Dedicated to excellent customer service to guests, coworkers, and vendors

Job Qualifications
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently achieving daily goals
- Ability to support and comply with company policies and health and safety standards
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on feet for minimum of 8 hours per day
Job Duties
- Mix and serve drinks following set standard recipes
- Organize and set up the workspace before, during and after each shift including stocking, cleaning, sanitizing and prep work
- Present menus and recommendations knowledgeably to guests
- Greet and welcome guests to the restaurant maintaining a professional appearance
- Operate a computerized point of sale system, complete financial transactions accurately, make change and run credit cards
- Contribute effectively to a positive guest experience while maintaining a professional attitude and appearance
