Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Completion of required hiring assessments prior to application review
- Certification upload required in Proliant prior to first shift
- Employment eligibility verification (I-9 documentation) and E-Verify
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience as a bartender in a full-service environment
- State-approved alcohol service certification
- Knowledge of spirits and cocktail preparation
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage cash and tabs
Job Duties
- Prepare beverages accurately to spec
- Maintain bar cleanliness and organization
- Manage tabs, cash, and payments responsibly
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene appropriately
- Support service bar tickets
- Demonstrate spirits and cocktail knowledge
