Job Requirements
- Responsible alcohol service certification
- Minimum 2 years experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and peak-event shifts
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Ability to multitask efficiently

- Maintain beverage quality, presentation, and cost controls

- Support dining room beverage execution during peak periods
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar
- Maintain professionalism and composure during high-volume service
- Represent Thirteen's hospitality culture consistently
