Job Duties

Deliver unforgettable, above-and-beyond guest service aligned with Gateway and Merlin standards
drive revenue through upselling, promotions, and supporting F&B initiatives
maintain top-tier hygiene, safety, licensing, and alcohol compliance at all times
flex across outlets, special events, and fast-paced indoor/outdoor environments
provide high-quality, kid-focused service with a friendly, positive team attitude
handle full service flow—POS use, orders, setup/clear down, and cost control
communicate clearly, meet guest expectations, and represent the Merlin brand proudly
