Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending or mixology experience preferred
- Valid Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit if required by local laws
- Ability to prepare and serve drinks accurately
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
Job Qualifications
- Prefer 1 year of bartending experience
- Possess Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- Display knowledge of drink recipes and wine merchandising specials
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Understand drink service and bar terminology
- Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Craft and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with all food and beverage service regulations
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
