Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum six months of bartending experience in a fast-paced setting
- Basic knowledge of POS technology or ability to learn
- Ability to physically handle lifting forty pounds and standing for entire shifts
- Strong customer service and multitasking abilities
- Must be able to work full-time or part-time shifts
- Willingness to comply with Hawai'i liquor and health regulations
Job Qualifications
- At least six months of bartending experience in a busy environment
- Ability to operate POS systems or willingness to learn quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills with a calm and friendly demeanor
- Physical capability to lift forty pounds and stand for long periods
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to assist colleagues
- Knowledge of liquor laws and safety regulations preferred
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff
Job Duties
- Pour and mix draft beer and basic mixed drinks with speed and consistency
- Verify IDs and pace service to ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Wipe, sanitize, and restock the bar top promptly after guests cash out
- Grab hot food from the kitchen window when orders stack up to assist servers
- Help team members by pitching in wherever needed during busy periods
- Follow Hawai'i liquor laws and Department of Health regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout the shift
