Job Requirements

Be 21 years of age or older
Have two or more years of upscale bartending experience
Possess positive energy and willingness to assist support staff
Demonstrate effective communication skills
Maintain a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and at least 30 hours per week
Be able to stand and walk constantly with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting

Job Qualifications

Two or more years of upscale bartending experience
Positive energy and readiness to assist fellow support staff
Strong communication skills with managers, employees, and guests
Ability to work as a team player
Knowledge of drink preparation and presentation
Ability to manage customer interactions effectively

Job Duties

Create, prepare, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the restaurant's standard drink recipes while tending to bar patrons
Receive orders and serve food to guests dining at the bar
Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner and assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies in addition to required side work
Always remain educated on our menu offerings and respond promptly to any requests or questions about our menus, dietary restrictions and other restaurant functions and services
Prepare and present final bill, process payment, and report all gratuities received to comply with the IRS standards of reporting income
