Job Requirements

  • Be 21 years of age or older
  • Have two or more years of upscale bartending experience
  • Possess positive energy and willingness to assist support staff
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills
  • Maintain a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and at least 30 hours per week
  • Be able to stand and walk constantly with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting

Job Qualifications

  • Two or more years of upscale bartending experience
  • Positive energy and readiness to assist fellow support staff
  • Strong communication skills with managers, employees, and guests
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Knowledge of drink preparation and presentation
  • Ability to manage customer interactions effectively

Job Duties

  • Create, prepare, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the restaurant's standard drink recipes while tending to bar patrons
  • Receive orders and serve food to guests dining at the bar
  • Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner and assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies in addition to required side work
  • Always remain educated on our menu offerings and respond promptly to any requests or questions about our menus, dietary restrictions and other restaurant functions and services
  • Prepare and present final bill, process payment, and report all gratuities received to comply with the IRS standards of reporting income
