Job Requirements

All employees are required to follow property policy and procedures
All employees must perform all duties and tasks by supervisory and/or general manager
Maintain clean, neat appearance with pressed and starched uniforms
Carry wine key and charge key at all times
Be engaged, friendly, and aware of surroundings
Be well-versed in menu ingredients and inventory
Must be TABC certified
Pass BarSmarts online course

Job Qualifications

TABC certification
Completion of BarSmarts online course
Knowledge of food and beverage menus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to follow hospitality standards and procedures
Experience in a bartending role preferred
Additional certifications like cicerone or sommelier are highly recommended but not mandatory
