Job Requirements
- must have in depth knowledge of food, wine, beer and liquor
- must be able to communicate positively and efficiently
- must remain respectful and calm under pressure
- must be organized and efficient and maintain a clean work environment
- must have a great sense of hospitality
- must be physically able to stand/walk for at least 8 hours
- must be able to lift up to 30+ pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- must tolerate potential allergens including peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish
Job Qualifications
- in depth knowledge of food, wine, beer and liquor
- ability to communicate positively and efficiently
- ability to remain calm under pressure
- organized and efficient work habits
- strong sense of hospitality and understanding of its business impact
- previous experience in bartending or hospitality industry
- good physical stamina and ability to stand and walk for long periods
Job Duties
- pouring beer, wine, mixing cocktails and creating a lively environment for guests
- building a culture based on teamwork, execution and hospitality
- participating in all day-to-day operations
- communicating positively and efficiently
- maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- complying with health and food safety standards
- restocking items and cleaning
- operating the cash register
- answering the phone
- providing great guest service
- following Fifty/50 Restaurant Group policies and procedures
- filling in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
