Job Requirements

must be at least 21 years old
ability to stand, walk, lift, twist, and bend frequently
capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and carrying items up to 90 feet
availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
reliable and punctual
able to complete company training and certifications
comply with dress code and appearance standards
legally permitted to serve alcohol

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
bartending experience appreciated but not required
strong guest service and communication skills
ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
friendly and outgoing personality
teamwork and leadership abilities
passion for movies and creating great customer experiences
willingness to complete required training and certifications

Job Duties

welcome guests with a smile and serve drinks that enhance their movie experience
learn bartending basics through company training, including mixing drinks and pouring portions
suggest featured and premium beverages to guests
check IDs and comply with age restrictions and relevant laws
maintain cleanliness and stock levels in the bar area
open and close the bar each day, ensuring proper setup and shutdown
follow safety guidelines for chemical and cleaning material use
collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for all guests
adhere to company dress code and professional standards
uphold all AMC policies and procedures
