Job Duties
- Greet members by name in a timely manner upon their arrival to the bar
- Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to member specifications
- Prepare drinks for front of house team members who are serving and cocktailing
- Work private parties when needed such as weddings, showers, dinner parties, etc
- Be able to recommend specialty cocktails and wines
- Stock bar appropriately prior to service according to volume
- Make bar manager aware when items need to be re-ordered
- Pass along feedback from members on their preferences
- Track and ring in all drinks appropriately
- Responsible for the safe service of alcohol
- Must maintain a clean work space
