Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
- Current food handlers and TABC certification
- Compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws
- Morning availability required
- Familiar with POS system
- Friendly and self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail
- Continuous bending, reaching, twisting and use of hands and arms

Job Duties
- Verify all guests are of legal age to consume alcohol
- Provide a positive and friendly guest experience
- Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages by tending to detail and presentation of each order
- Keep a clean and sanitized bar area
- Adhere to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items
- Assess guest preferences and make drink recommendations
