Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- at least 1 year of related bartending experience preferred
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
- ability to reach overhead and below the knees with bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
- adherence to company policies and procedures
- willingness to work overnight and day shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- at least 1 year of related bartending experience preferred
- strong knowledge of cocktail preparation and mixology
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including overnight and day shifts
- attention to detail in cash handling and reporting
- commitment to maintaining a clean and professional appearance
Job Duties
- Create and serve innovative and indigenous cocktails
- maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the bar area
- build relationships with hotel staff and local community members
- anticipate and meet guests' evolving beverage preferences
- manage financial transactions accurately
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- provide exceptional guest service at all times
