Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- legal age to serve alcohol in the state
- availability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must comply with all company policies and liquor laws
- strong work ethic and positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- experience using point of sale (POS) systems
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to multitask and stay organized
- previous bartending experience preferred
Job Duties
- taking orders and preparing alcoholic beverages
- complying with applicable liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines including serving guests responsibly
- demonstrating great salesmanship
- accurately using point of sale (POS) system to place orders process gift card sales and cash/credit card transactions
- practicing proper safety and sanitation procedures
- exhibiting teamwork at all times
