Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of previous full service bartender experience
- Responsible Beverage Service certificate for CA locations
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of previous full service bartender experience
- Ability to make guest recommendations using knowledge of spirits cocktails wine beer and food
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Experience in a high volume service environment
- Prior experience as bartender mixologist or bar back is beneficial
- Responsible Beverage Service certificate required for California positions
Job Duties
- Make guest recommendations through knowledge of spirits cocktails wine beer and a la carte food service
- Serve full menu and bar including wine and specialty cocktails
- Deliver drinks and food correctly and efficiently
- Close out checks and reconcile cash in a timely fashion
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines while maintaining a positive teamwork attitude
- Communicate clearly professionally and respectfully
- Monitor guest satisfaction
