Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of previous full service bartender experience
  • Responsible Beverage Service certificate for CA locations
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of previous full service bartender experience
  • Ability to make guest recommendations using knowledge of spirits cocktails wine beer and food
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Experience in a high volume service environment
  • Prior experience as bartender mixologist or bar back is beneficial
  • Responsible Beverage Service certificate required for California positions

Job Duties

  • Make guest recommendations through knowledge of spirits cocktails wine beer and a la carte food service
  • Serve full menu and bar including wine and specialty cocktails
  • Deliver drinks and food correctly and efficiently
  • Close out checks and reconcile cash in a timely fashion
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines while maintaining a positive teamwork attitude
  • Communicate clearly professionally and respectfully
  • Monitor guest satisfaction
